Appeals

While the long term goal of MitoDisease.org is the eradication of Mitochondria Disease, this is a big goal and may take several years. In an effort to make this more managable, we have broken down our goals into smaller, interim targets.

Our first large appeal is one of mass awareness building. Our first job is to get our site into the top 100,000 in Ranking.com.

The badge below shows our current standings. Help us by promoting this page, link to us, talk to your friends about us, generally join in and let people know we exist!

Our second priority is to enter the top 100,000 of Alexa.com. This will come off the back of our ranking.com campaign, and Alexa charts will be added to this page as we acheive this.

Our monthly target for November was 5,000 unique visitors, which we comfortably hit. Our target for December was 7,500, which we unfortunately missed. However, missing this target was due to the Christmas slowdown, and if our traffic either side of that were averaged, we would have hit this comfortably too. Our present target for January is 15,000 visitors.

As Rankings are averaged over three months, we shall include screenshots from our server logs. Please note that these stats are updated semi-frequently, and therefore, the latest months stats may be some time behind the actual numbers.
